About these terms
These terms set out the rules for using the N-GON Interactive Inc. website at https://ngon.gg. By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
This website exists to tell you about the studio and the games it makes. It does not sell anything, it does not hold accounts, and it does not take payment. Our games are distributed through storefronts such as Steam, the App Store, Google Play and itch.io. Each of those has its own terms, and those terms govern your purchase and use of a game. Nothing here replaces them.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean N-GON Interactive Inc. "You" and "your" mean the person using the website. Singular and plural are interchangeable throughout, and so is the choice of pronoun.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. It does not set them, it does not read them, and it does not store anything on your device. There is nothing here to accept or refuse.
The Privacy Policy covers this in more detail, including what our hosting provider necessarily sees in order to serve you a page.
License
Unless we state otherwise, N-GON Interactive Inc. and its licensors own the intellectual property in everything on this website. That includes the text, the logo and wordmark, the artwork, the game names and the screenshots. All rights are reserved.
You may read the site and keep a copy of a page for your own personal use. You may not:
- Republish material from this website as your own
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from this website
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from this website for commercial purposes
- Redistribute material from this website, other than by linking to it
Writing about our games is the obvious exception, and it is welcome. If you are covering a game, you may use its name and its screenshots to do so. For assets, builds or anything you want to check first, write to press@ngon.gg.
User content
There is no way to post anything to this website. It has no comments, no forums, no reviews, no profiles and no uploads. Nothing you see on it was submitted by a visitor.
This means there is no moderation policy to describe and no license over your content for us to claim. If we ever add something that accepts submissions, we will update these terms before it goes live.
Hyperlinking to our Content
You may link to this website. You do not need to ask first, and that applies equally to search engines, news organisations, directories, government sites, other studios and individuals.
A link must meet three conditions. It must:
- Not be deceptive about where it leads
- Not falsely imply that we sponsor, endorse or approve of you, your organisation or your products
- Fit the context of the page it appears on
You may link using our name, the plain address of the page, or any fair description of what you are linking to. Our logo, our wordmark and our artwork are a separate matter: do not use them as the link itself without written permission. To ask for permission, or for press assets, write to press@ngon.gg.

Removal of links from our website
If you find a link on this website that you think should not be there, write to contact@ngon.gg and tell us. We will look at it. We are not obliged to remove it, and we are not obliged to reply.
We do not promise that everything on this website is accurate or complete, and we do not promise that it will always be available or kept up to date. Release dates and platform plans in particular change.
Governing Law and Venue
N-GON Interactive Inc. is a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and by using this website you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here affects any right you have to bring a claim in a small claims court, or any consumer protection right that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
